(YOUNGSVILLE, NC -- January 30, 2008) – L'ISOLANTE K-FLEX has purchased Nomaco’s interest in Nomaco K-Flex and changed the name of the company to K-FLEX USA L.L.C.

Giuseppe Guarino, former company CFO, is now President of K-Flex USA.

The company will continue to be headquartered in Youngsville, North Carolina in a 20,000 sm2 state of the art, manufacturing and warehousing facility, employing 150 people. In addition, K-FLEX USA has 5 additional distribution points across the United States.

Since inception L’Isolante K-FLEX's goal was to become a dominant player in the North America Insulation Market. Over the last 6 years, the US subsidiary has grown at a very rapid pace. While the acquisition of Rubatex Corp. in 2004 expanded the presence in the market, the constant introduction of new and innovative solution has been the reason for major recognition in the local market. “Our goal is to provide insulation solutions systems, which ultimately are more efficient, in terms of performance, cost and ease of installation” states company’s owner Carlo Spinelli.

K-FLEX USA, currently supplies elastomeric insulation, into the plumbing sector, HCVAR, commercial and industrial sector (Oil & Gas).

“Given the renewed interest in energy conservation in the USA, We see tremendous opportunity for growth, especially in applications that traditionally have not used our product.” says Guarino

K-FLEX USA will continue to invest in new equipment and machinery in order to further develop and educate the North American Market on Elastomeric insulation. To support this vision K-FLEX USA intend to work very close with their customer base to insure that products are manufactured to meet specific needs. To better serve vast market at least 3 additional distribution locations will be inaugurated in 2008.
