As part of the strategic development plans of L’Isolante K-Flex Insulation Group, we are pleased to announce the 100% acquisition of the BevEx Ltd, a UK-based manufacturer of beverage dispense insulated tube products supplied to the UK and European beverage dispense market since its creation. 

The acquisition will allow further development of the beverage equipment market in expanding the customer base through improved distribution and local service in growth areas of the global beverage industry. 

L’Isolante K-Flex Group’s expertise and penetration in expanding new products will allow the synergy of the product ranges to meet with customer approval. 

This is the first acquisition by L’Isolante K-Flex Group in the beverage dispense market, which underlines the commitment by them to further develop the BevEx product range and brand.
